Let's make digital happen.
Visionary organisations are re-imagining themselves. They’re using technology to become more efficient, gain competitive advantage, and disrupt outdated business models. Tandm has been created to support them in making it happen.
Our approach is built on the understanding that implementing digital is messy, and that it has a lot more to do with humans than with technology. This means that it is as much about designing beautiful experiences as it is about policy, governance, change management and team capability.
After experimenting with a number of working models, Tandm has been set up as a diffuse network of professionals that work ‘in tandm’ with our principal consultant, Anais Ardid. This dynamic way of working allows her to maintain close relationships with clients and bring specialised bespoke teams of experts together to support the exact needs of each project.
Our clients come from all stages of the digital journey. Some want to be ‘more digital’ but don’t know what that means for their organisation. Some know what they want to do but don’t know how to make it happen. Some have digital environments that have grown organically over the last few years and need to be rationalised.
Whatever your business needs, we can work with you to:
Articulate and map the service you want to deliver to your customers.
Consider the implications this has for your team, processes and systems.
Prototype the desired user experience through interactive click-throughs.
Develop a tangible digital strategy and implementation plan.
Manage your implementation roadmap, which may include:
Evaluating and procuring off-the-shelf products.
Creating internal teams, or sourcing capable external agencies to help you.
Re-structuring teams and building internal capability.
Implementing governance, policy, and overall change management.
Combining her experience in software development with a service design background, Anais unravels the complexity of the digital space and presents it in ways that are accessible and easily understood.
She’s passionate about getting products and services to market meaningfully, bringing together all the elements that will make them successful. This multi-dimensional approach has been a constant in her career and has enabled her to work across many design disciplines, practices and industries.
She has led digital transformation projects both consulting and in house. She has worked in the areas of education, farming, retail, communication, corporate services, consumer and IT.
She has also had the opportunity to work closely with iwi, innovation-driven companies such as Hewlett Packard and FarmIQ, and public sector organisations such as Oranga Tamariki, NZQA and the Ministry for Primary Industries.
